SIL understands that it can be hard to accept that we or our loved ones need support, and we want to make the experience as easy as it can be.

Homecare

SIL’s Homecare service provides community care, enabling older people to remain in their own homes, as well as providing care to those coming out of hospital or recovering from illness.

Independent Living at Home

We are passionate about supporting disabled and older people to live the life they choose in their own home and community.

Direct Payment Support

Our Direct Payment team provides advice and support with payroll, pension administration and bookkeeping for anyone employing their own personal assistant (PA), whether paid for by social care, health care or privately funded.
