At SIL, we are dedicated to giving back to our community and each year we select a Charity of the Year, dedicating our social events to raising funds in support of their work.

For 2025, our chosen charity is Accessible Herefordshire CIC—an inspiring organisation that partners with local businesses to build an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated.

Founded in 2022, Accessible Herefordshire CIC focuses on creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in Herefordshire that benefits everyone—residents, visitors, local communities, and businesses alike. By showcasing the region’s diverse attractions and opportunities, the organisation inspires a greater appreciation for the area, while championing accessibility and inclusivity across the community.
