Not for Profit

SIL is a registered charity and a not-for-profit organisation. This means any surplus we make goes into improving our services and topping up our Charitable fund.

Experienced Care Teams

Voted Employer of Choice, all our staff are fully trained and each small team is led by a dedicated team leader, who has many years’ experience under their belt.

Funding Advice & Support

We work with both private funders (those who pay for their support from their own savings or income) and those who receive a direct payment from local authorities (councils), or the NHS.

Whilst it isn’t important to us where the money comes from, we do get asked a lot about where financial help can be found and how it all works – so in a nutshell…
